Our Return & Exchange Promise

  • 15-Day Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Original Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Package Hooks (opened packages)
  • Buzz Baits (due to potential water exposure)
  • Bass Plastics (soft baits with opened packaging)
  • Any items showing signs of use or missing original packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 24 hours (faster than a hungry bass!) with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our Memphis address using a trackable method (you’re responsible for return shipping)
  5. Inspection: We’ll inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective (which is rarer than a 10-pound bass):
